At the end of 2022, SERIS Monitoring' s control room integrated Secury360's more proactive outdoor detection solution that features AI software. The AI box analyzes the video images before our control room receives them and sends an alarm message with clip. This allows our operators to verify possible threats even faster and take the necessary actions.
SERIS Monitoring is happy to provide the necessary support for this type of application because thanks to AI, they can only take their services to the next level. Indeed, this technique helps their operators to focus more on the suspicious situation or to assess more correctly the suspicious element in the image. Thus, this AI solution allows them to perceive the cause of the alarm faster and take more targeted action in case of alarm.
