How does Secury360 work?

How does one know if someone has been in the secure area?

Via the secury360 app, you're always informed of the operation of our system. Additionally, if the Edge A.I. and control room confirm that someone has been at the location, you can use the app to look back at these images.

Are separate cameras still needed?

Secury360 can be linked to (almost) any existing camera system, but does not provide cameras itself. Here we rely on our installation partners to provide end customers with a camera system that fits the requirements of the customer.

Our solution ensures that all images are recorded. These images can be viewed via the app.

Can existing cameras be used?

We are not camera dependent, but to ensure quality we prefer some models of cameras on our platform (see our technology partners). Soon our S360 box will be able to connect to any camera.

Who will install this solution?

We choose to work with a select group of installers who are fully trained on our product. In this way, we can guarantee that everything is done properly and we can guarantee a professional solution.

How many cameras do I need?

We only work together with professional security installers in each country. They will make an estimate for each location, how many locations need to be secured, and the number of cameras required to do so.

What about the privacy of the end customer?

Privacy is very important. Images are only reviewed by our A.I. when the security system is active. In addition, camera images are anonymized before being sent to an authorised alarm centre.

Who are the people in the community of security professionals?

These are employees of a recognised alarm centre. Because of their 24/7 service, they are always able to respond quickly and accurately to any crime.

Installer:

We are confident that our solution does not make mistakes or allow false detections. If we do let through more than 3 false detections in a month (not people in the image), our service will work for free this month.

How do I know that this system is not obsolete?

When an end user purchases an S360 box, it is regularly updated without the installer having to do anything. In this way we ensure that the owners of a Secury360 system are always optimally protected.

What will the future bring?

We are convinced that we will get our solution so smart that it will only detect burglars in an automatic way. In time, it will not even be necessary to switch the alarm on or off, because our solution will have taught itself who is the owner or visitor of the building and who is a potential burglar. Unfortunately, these are still milestones on our roadmap and not yet a reality.
