What should you know about the cooperation between Secury360 and Securitas?

In the first quarter of 2022 our Belgian monitoring centres integrated with Secury360. Thanks to the integration, owners of a Secury360 installation can now opt for Securitas video verification. After the Secury360 A.I. has filtered the images to make sure that only persons or vehicles are detected, our monitoring rooms verify the images.

What was your first impression of Secury360?

We were already vaguely aware of Secury360 when we were approached by Frederick. Many of our partners had praised Secury360 and its perimeter detection solution. We are always looking for partners who can help us provide additional value, and we were intrigued by their proposition. After seeing the demo we were more than excited to work together!

What is the added value for Securitas, as a global market leader, of partnering with a scale-up like Secury360?

Although Securitas is currently the world leader, we must not rest on our laurels. We must continue to innovate. For a big company like Securitas, partnering with companies like Secury360 ensures that we can do that. It is also a signal to the industry that we believe in cooperation and new emerging technologies. But most importantly: by working together with Secury360, we believe we can offer our partners the best possible total solution.

Why is Secury360 a good addition to other outdoor detection solutions?

Traditional outdoor detection systems have the disadvantage of generating a huge number of false alarms. This is of course not pleasant for our control rooms, nor for the end customer. Thanks to the double filtering by Secury360 Edge and Cloud A.i.s, this is no longer an issue. Or at least not for our monitoring centres! According to us, the number of false alarms was also the main bottleneck for outdoor detection solutions, so we expect Secury360 to possibly break open this market segment.
