Why did you choose to partner with Secury360?

With more than 20 years of activity in camera surveillance, we have quite a large customer portfolio. They come as they come, and that means with the accompanying problems sometimes. We purchased mobile masts from GR technics where I know Gunter Roefs. On his website I looked at the possibilities and so I ended up at Secury360. False alarms are a problem with our customers and thanks to Secury360, we were able to move quickly.

What are the benefits of this partnership for Secures?

We are not insanely large, although we do manage a lot of clients and cameras. When we have an urgent problem, we want to be able to get on the ball quickly. With large companies, that's difficult. At Secury360, I have quick contact with Frederick; that personal touch and approach is important. We are all pulling on the same rope. Simplification also brings profit.

I believe we are part of Secury360, we have a shared vision. I have been in this industry since 1998 and I have my expertise. Secury360 has knowledge in their domain. Realization with different parties allows for rapid learning, which is win-win for everyone.

How do you think this technology is going to change the future?

We are still actively working on the field, I sometimes co-post myself. We have about 20,000 cameras under management and we are currently 2-3 months together. 50 cameras are active. From those mobile masts, I expect a product like the competitor does not yet offer. The offer is well set to the demand. And so we can offer a strong added value. It is a niche market and we can be short on time.

What is the feedback from your customers?

We work with a large group in the automotive sector, with 100 branches. We've done 3 or 4 of them with Secury360. Thanks to this collaboration, they are going to have to pay less to the control room with their investment.
