Are you noticing a greater need for outdoor detection solutions? With whom in particular?

I myself have long been a fan of better security outside. Especially with large companies. The faster the detection, the smaller the loot. But it is still sometimes difficult in the market to convince customers of this. Individuals want more and more cameras. Certainly the better private citizen. In addition, car dealers do not want to fence their outdoor parking lot because the fleet of cars must remain presentable, so they look for an electronic solution. A third type of customer is construction sites.

How does Secury360 fit into this?

Secury360 is a fully finished system. We used to build everything ourselves, but with Secury360 everything can be easily connected. We used to use detectors and still got a lot of false alarms coming through from cats, dogs and plastic flying around. That's not feasible, the monitoring center got too many calls with false alarms. Now with 1 camera we can generate both image and detection in the evening.

Why did you decide to join the concept?

I don't believe a camera manufacturer can put this kind of technology in their product. They promise it, but cannot fulfill this. Big players play in 1 big pond. I speak from experience. Secury360 focuses on 1 product that offers a specific solution in a detailed way. In addition, Secury360 listens carefully. If there is a question, the possibilities are examined. That way, problems can be solved quickly.

What is it like to work with the team at Secury360?

I have known Frederick for a long time. There is always good communication and room for input and improvement. The cooperation is very human and that is what I look for in a partner. Secury360 is quickly accessible and also provides quick quotes. Nothing but praise!

What was it like to integrate Secury360 with other systems?

It's easy to configure, you don't have to be an expert to do it. So no complicated programming. The app is very clear, not that comprehensive but it does what it needs to do. The partner portal is convenient and it is a very big advantage that we can get to the cameras remotely. We haven't received any false alarms until last week, which is unusual. Outdoor detection gives false alarms more often, we are talking about about about a dozen alarms per night due to reflection from cars for example.... With Secury360, that problem is gone.
