What was your first impression of Secury360?

The speed and simplicity of the system. When a person is detected, an image fragment is immediately sent to the control room, which is very interesting. That way an operator can intervene quickly. With other systems, reports come through and they first have to log in to view the images for verification. With Secury360, emergency rooms receive a 10-second clip on which they can very quickly verify whether it concerns a person. This is very useful for yards where break-ins often occur. Then you want to be able to respond quickly.

Why did you choose to partner with Secury360?

We chose Secury360 because of that short response time and the flexibility of the system. Working in the cloud is very convenient. We can prepare the boxes in advance. Then it's a matter of hanging on to the installation and done.

What is the customer demand?

Customers want a security system that is quick and easy to install. They also want more and more flexibility. With mobile devices, this is possible. They are certainly willing to invest in such a system.

What is the feedback from your customers?

For customers, the biggest plus is the ease of use to view clips at any time of day. They can remotely arm and disarm their system themselves. In addition, false alarms from animals at car parks, for example, are filtered out. So the customer has no more complaints about false alarms.

What are the benefits of this partnership for AEW Security?

Being able to manage the installation rem otely is a great asset of Secury360. The technician does not have to spend a lot of time on site installing the camera system. We can remotely draw privacy masks, draw zones, manage settings and so much more. Everything can be set up from our office.

How do you think this technology is going to change the future?

I believe very strongly in camera surveillance with artificial intelligence. We are moving more toward security systems with cameras. In the future, everything will also be able to be integrated. Camera surveillance, fire detection and access control could then work as one complete system.
